Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • white sugar - 2 c
  • grated, peeled zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla together.

Sift flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon together and add to egg mixture. Add nuts. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
