Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1/3 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • dried parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • mixed Italian spices - 1 Tbsp
  • zucchini, thinly sliced unpeeled - 3 c

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Mix all ingredients; spread in greased pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°, until golden brown. If not brown enough for you, place under broiler for a few minutes; watch carefully. Cut as desired.
