  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • zucchini 4 - 3 c

How to make zucchini cheese bake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook zucchini until tender. Mix all ingredients and spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cut in squares.
