  • coconut - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • nuts optional - 1 c
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple do not drain - 1 oz
  • Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan

How to make hawaiian cake:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Top with Hawaiian Cake Icing.Hawaiian Cake Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 stick oleo Beat well until fluffy. Spread on cooled cake.
