- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar
- nuts optional - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple do not drain - 1 oz
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan
How to make hawaiian cake:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Top with Hawaiian Cake Icing.Hawaiian Cake Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 stick oleo Beat well until fluffy.
