7-up cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 4 item
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• stick margarine - 1 item
• coconut - 1 c
• vegetable oil - 3/4 c
• eggs, well beaten - 2 item
• can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
• box yellow cake mix - 1 item
• bottle 7-Up - 1 oz
• box instant pudding - 1 item

How to make 7-up cake:

Topping:1 1/2 c. sugar2 eggs, well beaten1 stick margarine2 Tbsp. flour1 (18 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained1 c. coconut Cake: Add yellow cake mix, instant pudding, eggs and oil together in bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add bottle of 7-Up (stir in). Bake according to directions on box.

Topping: In saucepan, mix sugar, eggs, margarine, flour (mix in with sugar) and pineapple. Cook these ingredients until thickened. Add coconut. Cool and pour over cake.
