- milk - 1 c
- shredded coconut - 1 item
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- to 3 bananas - 2 item
- small instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple, drained save juice - 1 oz
How to make yum-yum cake:
Prepare yellow cake mix according to directions. Bake in sheet cake pan; cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar; add pudding mix, milk and remaining pineapple juice. Blend until creamy. Slice bananas onto cooled cake. Spread cream cheese mixture over bananas. Place the pineapple onto mixture. Frost with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.
