Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- milk - 2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- plain flour
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- butterscotch instant pudding - 2 pkg
How to make butterscotch delight:
Filling:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1/2 c. sugar2 pkg. butterscotch instant pudding2 c. milk1 large Cool Whip Melt butter. Mix in flour and pecans. Press in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Let cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Spread onto crust. Mix pudding and milk. Let thicken. Pour onto above.
