Yogurt deviled eggs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- prepared mustard - 3/4 tsp
- plain yogurt - 1/4 c
- hard-cooked eggs - 6 item
- parsley flakes or freeze dried chives - 1 tsp
- lemon juice or dry vermouth - 1 tsp
How to make yogurt deviled eggs:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside. Mash yolks with fork. Blend in remaining ingredients. Refill whites using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Appetizers.
