Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt
- egg - 1 item
- sifted flour
- hot water - 1 c
- yeast - 1 item
- water hot tap water - 1/4 c
How to make yeast rolls:
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water. Combine butter, salt and sugar in separate bowl. Add 1 cup hot water; beat in egg. When this cools, add yeast mixture. Add flour. Place in greased glass bowl and cover with foil. Leave in refrigerator 2 to 12 hours. Take out in time to rise again. Press in pan. Use floured knife or spatula to separate dough, creating pull apart rolls. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 425°.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
