Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • cooked chicken - 3 c
  • chicken broth - 5 c
  • salsa - 1 c
  • oregano
  • cloves garlic - 2 item
  • olive oil - 1 Tbsp
  • shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • cumin - 2 tsp
  • large onions - 2 item
  • cans Great Northern beans - 2 oz
  • cans mild chillies - 2 oz

How to make white chili:

Topping:2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese1 c. salsa1/2 c. sour cream Chili: Cook all ingredients, except chicken, for 1 hour. Add chicken and cook 1 more hour. May be served with topping or without.

Topping: Mix together and put on top of each bowl of chili.
