Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- cup whipping cream - 1 item
- cups sugar - 3 item
- tsp vanilla extract - 1 item
- cup butter or margarine, softened - 1 item
- tsp orange extract - 1/2 item
- cups flour, sifted - 3 item
How to make whipping cream pound cake:
Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of mixer. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.Add flour to creamed mixture, alternating with whipping cream, beginning and ending with flour. Mix until blended after each addition. Stir in flavorings. Bake in greased and floured pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Cool in pan 10-15 min. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
