- tsp cinnamon - 1 item
- cup evaporated milk - 1/2 item
- cup white sugar - 1 item
- tsp soda - 1 item
- cup shortening - 1/2 item
- cup coconut - 1 item
- cup oatmeal - 1 item
- 1/2 cup boiling water - 1 item
- 1/2 cup flour, sifted - 1 item
- Cream shortening and sugars, add eggs, then add flour, soda, cinnamon
How to make oatmeal cake:
Cook oatmeal and cool 20 minutes. Cream shortening and sugars, add eggs, then add flour, soda, cinnamon. Add to oatmeal.
