Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- whipping cream, whipped - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese - 1 c
- large potatoes, cut in quarters - 4 item
How to make whipped potatoes:
Cook potatoes in boiling water with 1/2 teaspoon salt until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain. Beat potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, milk and butter until fluffy. Place in a 2-quart baking dish.Combine whipped cream and cheese. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
