  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 4 tsp
  • water - 2 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • nuts optional - 1 c
  • oatmeal - 1 c
  • honey - 1 c
  • whole wheat flour - 6 8
  • cottage cheese - 2 c
  • 4 pkg - 1/4 c
  • high gluten bread flour - 4 c

How to make wheat bread:

Mix gluten flour, salt and yeast in large bowl. Mix water, honey, margarine and cottage cheese in saucepan. Heat to 125°. Margarine may not melt. Add warm mixture to flour mixture. Blend at low speed until moist. Add 4 eggs and beat for 3 minutes. Stir in oatmeal, nuts and 6 cups flour. Turn onto cupboard and knead 10 minutes adding extra flour if needed. Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Divide into 4 loaves. Rise 1 hour. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
