Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- dry onion soup mix - 1/2 pkg
- or 6 small potatoes - 5 item
How to make western potatoes:
Scrub and slice potatoes very thin (leave the potatoes unpeeled). Melt butter and mix dry onion soup. Put layers of potatoes into 1-quart casserole and drizzle with onion and butter mixture. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water; cover tightly. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
