Ingredients/Components
- flour
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- vegetable oil - 7 Tbsp
- milk
How to make waffles:
Sift flour, then measure. Add baking powder, salt and sugar to the flour, then sift all together in a medium bowl. In another bowl, mix liquid ingredients and then combine them with the dry ingredients. Mix just enough to blend only. Preheat a waffle baker in closed position on dark or high setting before each use. When light goes out, pour 5/8 cup of batter in waffle baker and immediately close cover. Bake 5 minutes or until waffle is golden brown. Wait until signal light goes out before making successive waffles.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast.
