  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • water - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 5 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar

How to make wacky cake:

Icing:1 c. powdered sugar water Combine flour, cocoa, sugar, salt and soda. Make well in center. Add vinegar, melted butter, vanilla and water. Mix well. Pour into 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 38 minutes or less, until top springs back when touched or pick comes out clean. Cool.

Icing: Mix water with powdered sugar until spreadable. Ice cake.
