milk - 1/8 c
salt - 1/4 tsp
flour
brown sugar - 1/2 c
water - 1 c
oil - 7 Tbsp
soda - 1 tsp
cocoa - 3 Tbsp
vinegar - 1 Tbsp
powdered sugar - 1 c
Sift into bowl flour, sugar and salt

How to make crazy cake:

Combine cocoa, water and soda. Sift into bowl flour, sugar and salt. Add cocoa mixture, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Bake in 9 x 11-inch pan at 350° for 30 minutes.Icing:1/2 stick margarine1/2 c. brown sugar1/8 c. milk1 c. powdered sugar Melt margarine and brown sugar until barely bubbles. Add milk. Let barely bubble. Beat in powdered sugar and pour on cake.
