Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- melted butter - 5 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/4 c
- saltine cracker crumbs - 1 c
- thinly sliced Vidalias
How to make vidalia onion pie:
Combine crumbs and butter; press into an 8-inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 350°. Saut?© onions in oil until tender; put into shells. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour over onions. Top with cheese and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
