Ingredients/Components
- grated cheese - 1 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- medium Vidalia onions, sliced thin - 5 item
How to make vidalia onion casserole:
Melt oleo and cook in heavy skillet with onions until tender, but not brown. Put half of the onions and oleo mixture in a casserole dish. Add 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers. Repeat layer and bake at 325° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
