Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • caraway seed - 1/4 tsp
  • mushrooms, sliced
  • lemon pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • onions, sliced
  • noodles, cooked and drained - 1 lb
  • venison, cubed - 4 lb
  • cans cream of tomato soup - 2 item

How to make venison stroganoff:

Brown meat, mushrooms and onions in butter until onions are done. Add soup, water, seed and seasoning. Stir, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently. Just prior to serving over noodles, blend in sour cream.
