Quick lasagne
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- Ricotta cheese - 2 c
- spaghetti sauce - 4 c
- grated Mozzarella cheese - 4 oz
- chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- uncooked lasagne noodles - 3/4 lb
How to make quick lasagne:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Mix Ricotta and cottage cheese with parsley and garlic. Pour 1 cup of sauce into bottom of pan. Arrange 1/3 of noodles in pan, touching, but not overlapping. Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture over noodles; top with 1/2 of Mozzarella. Repeat layers, starting again with sauce. Top final layer should be noodles. Cover with remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour.Variation: After covering bottom of pan with sauce, you may add 1 1/2 pounds of browned sirloin beef cubes.
