Venison meat loaf
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- butter - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- catsup - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- beer - 1/2 c
- slices bread, crumbled - 2 item
- pork sausage - 3/4 lb
- small stalk celery - 1 item
- ground venison - 2 lb
- pinch garlic powder - 1 item
- to 7 small potatoes, quartered - 5 item
How to make venison meat loaf:
In a bowl, mix egg, beer, salt, garlic and bread until soft. Add and mix thoroughly, venison, sausage and veggies. Shape into something and place in center of cooking dish. Cover with catsup. Put butter on potatoes and place around meat loaf. Cover and cook at medium-low for 4 to 5 hours. Enjoy!Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Wild game.
