Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 3/4 lb
- cracker crumbs - 1/3 c
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- onion, minced - 1/2 c
- prepared biscuit mix - 1 item
How to make hamburger pinwheels:
Fry onions in fat in covered saucepan for 5 minutes. Mix 2 tablespoons onions with all ingredients except biscuit dough. Prepare biscuit mix; add remaining onions in biscuit flour. Roll dough into 12 x 9-inch rectangle. Spread with meat mixture; form into a log. Wet edges to seal. Cut into 12 slices; place cut side up on greased baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.
