- mayonnaise - 1 c
- stalks celery - 2 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- Knox gelatine - 1 pkg
- large carrots - 2 item
- large cucumber remove seeds - 1 item
How to make vegetable sandwich:
Chop separately in food processor the first 5 ingredients, then drain. Melt gelatin in 2 tablespoons vegetable juice; heat to melt. Add to vegetables. Stir in mayonnaise. Allow to stand in refrigerator overnight.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Vegetables, Asian.
