Vegetable salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- small jar pimientos - 1 item
- bunch spring onions, chopped - 1 item
- can LeSueur green peas - 1 item
- can Shoepeg white corn - 1 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Mix the first 6 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Put the remaining ingredients into a colander; let drain well. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetable mixture.
