Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- diced celery - 1 c
- diced onions - 1 c
- white vinegar - 3/4 c
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- small jar pimento, chopped - 1 item
- Sauce:1 c
- can baby LeSueur peas, drained - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped may be omitted - 1/2 c
How to make vegetable salad:
Mix in large bowl.Sauce:1 c. sugar1 c. oil3/4 c. white vinegar salt and pepper to taste Bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes. Cool completely. Pour over vegetables. Mix and refrigerate. Will keep for several days.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
