Ingredients/Components
- American cheese - 1 pkg
- carrots - 1/4 c
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 pkg
- softened cream cheese - 12 oz
- onion - 1 item
- celery - 1/4 c
- radishes - 1/4 c
- cauliflower - 1/2 c
- broccoli - 1/2 c
- buttermilk Ranch dressing mix - 1 pkg
How to make vegetable pizza:
Cut vegetables real fine or shred. Mix all vegetables together; set aside.For pizza crust, you can buy one from pizza places or make your own crust.
For top of crust, mix cream cheese, buttermilk Ranch dressing mix and garlic salt to taste. (If this is too thick, thin with a dab of liquid buttermilk Ranch dressing.) Spread on crust. Add vegetables and sprinkle with shredded cheeses.
