Ingredients/Components
- cup chopped red onion - 1/3 item
- cups uncooked rotelle pasta - 3 item
- cup broccoli pieces - 1 item
- cup cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 item
- can garbanzo beans chick peas, drained - 1 item
- bottle peppercorn ranch salad dressing - 1 oz
How to make vegetable pasta:
Cook rotelle to desired doneness, adding broccoli during last 2 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water. Drain well. Combine all ingredients with cooked rotelle and broccoli; mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours to blend flavors.Serves 6.
