- Swiss cheese - 1 c
- 9-inch frozen deep dish pie crust - 1 item
How to make vegetable medley quiche:
Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Spoon into pie crust. Bake in a 375° oven for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
