Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • curry powder
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • stock
  • small onions - 6 item
  • turmeric - 1 Tbsp
  • cauliflower, cut up - 1 item
  • green beans, sliced - 1/4 lb
  • shelled peas - 1/4 lb
  • tomatoes, cut and peeled - 6 item
  • to 8 potatoes, small and cut up - 6 item

How to make vegetable curry:

Place vegetables on a large plate. Sprinkle with mixed spices and salt. Melt butter in a heavy pan. Saute the onions and garlic. Add the spiced veggies and stock. Cover and bring to a boil, simmer for about 20 minutes until all vegetables are tender. Serve with hot cooked rice. Enjoy!
