Vegetable curry
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- curry powder
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- stock
- small onions - 6 item
- turmeric - 1 Tbsp
- cauliflower, cut up - 1 item
- green beans, sliced - 1/4 lb
- shelled peas - 1/4 lb
- tomatoes, cut and peeled - 6 item
- to 8 potatoes, small and cut up - 6 item
How to make vegetable curry:
Place vegetables on a large plate. Sprinkle with mixed spices and salt. Melt butter in a heavy pan. Saute the onions and garlic. Add the spiced veggies and stock. Cover and bring to a boil, simmer for about 20 minutes until all vegetables are tender. Serve with hot cooked rice. Enjoy!Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Curries.
