Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 1 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- Italian seasoning - 1/4 tsp
- parsley, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- medium zucchini - 2 item
- medium carrots - 4 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Cut carrots and zucchini julienne style and then cook them until they are tender. In a saucepan add the first eight ingredients and cook over medium heat until smooth and thick. Do not boil.
