  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • melted margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • Italian seasoning - 1/4 tsp
  • parsley, chopped - 1 Tbsp
  • medium zucchini - 2 item
  • medium carrots - 4 item

How to make vegetable casserole:

Cut carrots and zucchini julienne style and then cook them until they are tender. In a saucepan add the first eight ingredients and cook over medium heat until smooth and thick. Do not boil. Then mix vegetables and sauce in a casserole dish. Stir bread
