Ingredients/Components
- Ritz crackers, crushed
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- cans Veg-All - 2 lb
- small can water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix first five ingredients and pour into a large casserole. Coat the crumbs with margarine and place on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
