Ingredients/Components
- large potatoes - 2 item
- stalks celery - 2 item
- cans mixed vegetables - 2 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- large carrots - 3 item
- turnips - 2 item
- parsnips - 3 item
- 1/2 to 2 beef cubes - 1 item
How to make vegetable beef soup:
In large pot, brown beef, onions and celery. When browned, add 1 quart canned tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Cook slowly for 2 hours, then add all vegetables. Cook an additional hour.Optional: Throw in a handful of uncooked noodles along with canned vegetables.
