Veal cutlets parmesan
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
- veal cutlets - 1 lb
- flavored bread crumbs - 1 c
How to make veal cutlets parmesan:
Dip cutlets in beaten eggs combined with seasonings, then in mixture of Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Fry in butter until brown. Place cutlets in baking dish, pour tomato sauce over them and add slices of Mozzarella cheese. Bake in moderate oven 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Veal.
