Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 6 item
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• milk - 1/2 c
• stick margarine - 3/4 item
• egg yolks - 2 item
• coconut - 1 c
• sticks margarine - 2 item
• crushed vanilla wafers - 98 item
• Add whole eggs, one at a time

How to make vanilla wafer cake:

Cream sugar and margarine thoroughly. Add whole eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each egg. Add milk; mix. Add crushed vanilla wafers. Mix enough to moisten. Add pecans and coconut. Mix. Bake in preheated oven at 350°. Grease and flour tube pan. Bake 1 hour.Vanilla Wafter Cake Icing:3/4 c. sugar3/4 c. milk3/4 stick margarine2 egg yolks Cook until starts to thicken. Add 3/4 cup pecans and 3/4 cup coconut. Cook until thick enough to spread.
