Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • eggs - 6 item
  • half and half - 1 pt
  • vanilla - 3 Tbsp
  • milk - 1 item
  • whipping cream - 1 pt
  • can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item

How to make vanilla ice cream:

Mix all ingredients together except milk. Pour into freezer. Add enough milk to bring mixture to fill line; freeze. Remove dasher.

To Pack: Drain water. Cover with additional ice and salt. Allow to sit 2 hours or longer to desired hardness.
