Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • light cream - 1 c
  • coarsely chopped nuts - 1 c
  • corn syrup red or blue label - 1/4 c

How to make vanilla fudge:

Place all ingredients, except vanilla and nuts, in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, to 238° or until small amount forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Cool to lukewarm, 110°. Beat until fudge b
