Vanilla fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- light cream - 1 c
- coarsely chopped nuts - 1 c
- corn syrup red or blue label - 1/4 c
How to make vanilla fudge:
Place all ingredients, except vanilla and nuts, in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, to 238° or until small amount forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Cool to lukewarm, 110°. Beat until fudge bRecipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
