  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • pumpkin
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • 4 oz - 1/2 c
  • skim evaporated milk

How to make low-fat pumpkin pie:

Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry. Chill. Combine all ingredients and beat smooth. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 35 minutes or until set. Makes 1 pie.
