- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- pumpkin
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- 4 oz - 1/2 c
- skim evaporated milk
How to make low-fat pumpkin pie:
Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry. Chill. Combine all ingredients and beat smooth. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 35 minutes or until set. Makes 1 pie.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
