- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- packed light brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- lean ground beef - 12 oz
- can crushed tomatoes - 1 oz
- medium size head green cabbage - 1/2 item
How to make unstuffed cabbage:
Crumble beef into a 4 to 5-quart Dutch oven. Add onions; cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Quarter and core cabbage. Cut crosswise into 1-inch strips. You should have about 8 cups. Add to meat mixture. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 toRecipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
