Turtle fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 1/2 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- chopped cashews - 3/4 c
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
- quartered caramels - 24 item
How to make turtle fudge:
Line 13 x 9-inch pan with foil; butter foil. In large pan, combine sugar, margarine and evaporated milk. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow cream and chocolate chips; blend until smooth. Stir in cashews, caramels and vanilla.Pour into buttered, foil-lined pan. Cool to room temperature. Remove from pan by lifting foil. Store in refrigerator. Let stand at room temperature before serving.
