Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1/2 c
  • vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • corn flakes - 2 c
  • parsley flakes - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • can beef broth - 1 item
  • ground chuck - 1 lb
  • onion, cut up - 1 item
  • carrots, sliced and cooked - 2 c

How to make meatball stew:

Crush corn flakes. Stir in egg, 1/4 cup beef broth, salt and pepper. Add ground chuck; shape into balls. Brown. Add remaining ingredients; cook 30 minutes.
