Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- corn flakes - 2 c
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- can beef broth - 1 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- onion, cut up - 1 item
- carrots, sliced and cooked - 2 c
How to make meatball stew:
Crush corn flakes. Stir in egg, 1/4 cup beef broth, salt and pepper. Add ground chuck; shape into balls. Brown. Add remaining ingredients; cook 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
