Ingredients/Components
- box spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces - 1 oz
- cubed, cooked turkey - 2 c
- 4 oz - 1 c
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- each cans sliced mushrooms, drained - 2 oz
- milk - 1/3 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- jar chopped pimientos, drained - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- additional shredded Cheddar cheese optional - 1 item
How to make turkey tetrazzini:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the next 10 ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese if desired. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes orRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Turkey.
