Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
  • corn chips
  • taco seasoning - 1 pkg
  • can refried beans - 1 item

How to make tostada casserole:

Brown hamburger. Add 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Mix, stirring well. Put 2 cups corn chips in bottom of pan. Spoon meat mixture over this. Combine remaining tomato sauce with refried beans. Spread over meat mixture. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining corn chips. Bake 5 more minutes.
