Ingredients/Components
- oleo, melted - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- almonds - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- grated onion - 1 tsp
- diced celery - 1 c
- cooked rice - 1 c
- water chestnuts - 1 c
- cornflakes - 1 c
- diced turkey - 2 c
- small jar pimento, drained - 1 item
How to make turkey casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except cornflakes and oleo. Spray one casserole (8 x 12-inch) with nonstick cooking spray. Spread mix to all corners evenly. Top with cornflakes mixed with oleo. Preheat oven to 350° and bake 35 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Turkey.
