Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- cream - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- marjoram - 1/4 tsp
- tarragon - 1/8 tsp
- grated Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
- minced onions - 2 Tbsp
- small can red salmon, drained - 1 item
- partially baked pastry shell - 1 (9
- can B & B mushrooms, drained reserve broth - 1 oz
How to make salmon quiche:
Saute onions in butter until tender. Add mushrooms, reserving a few slices. Saute for a few more minutes.
