Ingredients/Components
- cans Swanson boned chicken - 2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cooked rice
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- boiled eggs - 3 item
- minced onions - 1 Tbsp
- almonds - 1/2 c
- can onion rings - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix chicken soup, mayonnaise, celery, onions and almonds together. Fold in chicken, cooked rice and boiled eggs. Refrigerate overnight. Cook covered at 300° for 30 minutes. Remove lid and add onion rings and cook for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
