Salmon loaf with cucumber sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 1/2
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1/4 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- can salmon, drained and flaked - 1 oz
- cucumber, chopped - 1/2 c
- Combine all ingredients; mix lightly
- egg, beaten or 2 egg whites - 1 item
How to make salmon loaf with cucumber sauce:
