Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/4 1/2
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • celery, chopped - 1/4 c
  • dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • dill weed - 1/2 tsp
  • can salmon, drained and flaked - 1 oz
  • cucumber, chopped - 1/2 c
  • Combine all ingredients; mix lightly
  • egg, beaten or 2 egg whites - 1 item

How to make salmon loaf with cucumber sauce:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients; mix lightly. Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve with Cucumber Sauce.Cucumber Sauce:1/2 c. mayonnaise1/2 c. sour cream1/2 c. cucumber, chopped2 Tbsp. onion, chopped1/2
