Tuna curry
Ingredients/Components
- chopped celery - 2 Tbsp
- curry powder
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- can tuna - 1 oz
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- hard-cooked eggs - 2 item
- seasoned medium white sauce
- olives ripe or green - 1/2 c
- to 6 servings steamed rice - 4 item
- pimiento if desired - 1 item
How to make tuna curry:
Heat tuna in prepared white sauce. Add onion, green pepper and celery. Cut olives and remove pits; add to mixture. Cube eggs; add to mixture. Blend in curry. Serve hot over rice. Garnish with pimiento. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Tuna, Saltwater fish.
