Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- chili sauce - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can tuna, drained and flaked - 1 to
- hamburger buns, split and toasted - 4 item
- lettuce and tomato optional - 1 item
How to make tuna burgers:
In a bowl, combine tuna, bread crumbs, celery, mayonnaise, onion, chili sauce and egg. Shape into 4 patties. Melt butter in a skillet; cook patties for about 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned.
